India--lack of quality retail space

I can vouch for this; that is, the abundance of people and commerce,
amidst low quality selling conditions.

Its universal to the human race (sadly i guess) , to like/want air
conditioned malls,etc. Go anywhere in the world; 1st world, 2nd, 3rd,
etc, and the crowds go to the strip malls, big malls, etc.
